    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly, this has been an issue for SEVERAL months - - I've spoken to TurboTax HelpLine Reps several times... I get lip-service, promises, no action - - and CLEARLY no remedy.&amp;nbsp; I've been told, Turbotax I/T aware and working on a fix.&amp;nbsp; Nothing in 3 months.&amp;nbsp; I expected better from TurboTax.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm starting a new tax return, a married couple filing jointly.&amp;nbsp; I click Federal Taxes &amp;gt; Wages &amp;amp; Income &amp;gt; I'll choose what I work on &amp;gt; Wages and Salaries update &amp;gt; Select "Work on John's W-2" and Continue and then I just get a blank screen.&amp;nbsp; Yes, Windows is fully updated.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I've rebooted multiple times.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I tried starting a whole new return from scratch.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you running the program as an Administrator?&amp;nbsp; If not, try this -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Save the tax return&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Close the TurboTax program&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Right click on the TurboTax icon on the computer screen&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on Run as administrator&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start the TurboTax program, continue the tax return and see if the problem persists&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Running as administrator did not correct the problem.&amp;nbsp; A few other observations:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Adding a W-2 was working previously, so the issue seems related to an update. This seems to have started with the installation of the 3/18/2022 release.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I've noticed when I try to create a new W-2, a shaded window opens&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;behind&lt;/U&gt; the TurboTax window.&amp;nbsp; The window has a spinner with "Please wait..."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When I then close TurboTax, TurboTax closes, but that is followed by&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;a new session of TurboTax launching by itself.&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp; It seems to only launch the new session when it was closed previously with the W-2 window left hanging.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
