The discount is applied when you log on through the website that is giving the discount. If the service code is more advantageous, then login using TurboTax® Official Site: File Taxes Online, Tax Filing Made Easy (intuit.com)

That will remove the discount, then add your service by checking the I have a service code before you pay.

I am experiencing the same issue this year...unable to use 3 service codes TurboTax sent to me because my FCU discount is clashing with them. I've tried the suggestions below to no avail.

Hoping someone may have other suggestions.

@ohawley I would try clearing your cache and cookies and rebooting your computer. And you might have to use a new Online account. But then you couldn't transfer from last year.

I called Customer Service twice...3 Service Codes later, they advised me that they cannot help...:(

Except for starting a new account I've tried everything and nothing seems to work.
