&lt;P&gt;Then the IRA custodian sent that the money to the state of Indiana.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; She needs file an Indiana non-resident tax return&amp;nbsp; to recover that money.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; She should be sure that the account custodian gets her new address and that she is no longer a resident so they stop withholding Indiana tax.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
