    <description>&lt;P&gt;I get the attached message right after I put in the "Activation" or "License" code. I called tech support and they said they didn't have a solution yet for that problem and really didn't help me. I really need to get my taxes done and have paid TurboTax $$ for this work and I'm getting frustrated at how much time it's taking just to make the software work.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="activation problem.PNG" style="width: 876px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/29162iD308AD109366F588/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="activation problem.PNG" alt="activation problem.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Capture3.PNG" style="width: 225px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/29163iF90D41C5B423FD39/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Capture3.PNG" alt="Capture3.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the Product License Code does not match the version that I purchased? The DVD I have says Deluxe, but, the directory where it's installed says "Individual 2021" as show on the 2nd attached pic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the suggestions in the message you received? &amp;nbsp;This could have to do with virus protection or resetting your router. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
