@Villagepark Are you asking about customer support or are you asking about using online TurboTax Live with help from a tax expert?

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

In addition to the great advice from, xmasbaby0, above, if you want to pay for Live Assistance, here is how.

Switch to TurboTax Live if you started with a different TurboTax product.

Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
Select Live Tax Advice.
Select Upgrade.

TurboTax Live is available for TurboTax Online customers only. TurboTax Live isn't available in the TurboTax Desktop software.
