    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the 2021 Premier TurboTax download for Windows, everything working fine as in 2019 &amp;amp; 2020, but the State of Maine return will not load when I hit start.&amp;nbsp; Keeps saying everything is up to date, but continues through the same cycle of saving federal return, saying state is up to date, but will not start the State tax return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
