if supose to turbo tax giveme a chek when i call the irs they sendme back to call turbo tax they said they mail me a chek amd supouse to get this week i dont get nothing?

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

yes they acepten and all that the oblu thing i put mi ban acound wrong i call the irs tell that and said they camt do nothing i call turbo tax amd they said they send a chek but dont came yet

If you entered wrong bank account information for your direct deposit, the bank will send the refund back to the IRS. It will take a few extra weeks, but the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return.

If you used "refund processing" and you were having your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, then the refund goes back to the third party bank. That bank will be the one sending your check.

Either way---the check will come by first class mail without tracking so you need to just watch your mailbox.
