Filed amendment before my refund was processed

I filed taxes on Mar 10, I was supposed to get a refund of 2.5k. I realized on Mar 15 that I needed to amend the original return which reduced the refund by 800. IRS debited the reduction without processing my original refund. What should I do? Even my Where's My Refund is not working.
