Does BITO ETF count as crypto currency

I bought some BITO ETF from vanguard last year, does it count as crypto currency? i assume no? it's just ETF like any other ETF, correct?

BITO ETF is not cryptocurrency. The BITO ETF is not based on owning cryptocurrency. The Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation primarily through managed exposure to bitcoin futures contracts.

In addition, the purchase of cryptocurrency does not have to be reported until it is sold, exchanged, or spent.
