So I filed my taxes on February 14. I got my state refund a few days after. either the last week or the week before that I got half of federal taxes from one job but not the other and it’s currently been a month. Is there still wait time or was there a problem in the process?

Please explain getting a refund from one job but not the other. What exactly did you do? When you filed your tax return did you enter both W-2's on the same Form 1040? Or did you only enter one of them and try to add the other one later? What refund was shown on line 35a of your tax return? What refund did you receive?

Yes
