This just means you used the Refund Processing Service with TurboTax to pay for your fees. Your fees will show pending until the IRS processes your return. Once your return has been accepted, you can begin using the Where's My Refund? site to track the status of your refund.

Payment complete just means that your payment for using TurboTax to prepare your taxes has been processed and charged. Once your return has been accepted, you can begin using the Where's My Refund? site to track the status of your refund.

TurboTax does not receive or issue tax refunds. To track your Federal refund, click here and click on the blue tab that says, "Check My Refund Status". You will need your social security number, filing status, and refund amount in order to track your refund. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
