      <description>&lt;P&gt;Delete all &lt;U&gt;Forms 8915&lt;/U&gt; from your account.&amp;nbsp; Then go back and enter &lt;STRONG&gt;NO&lt;/STRONG&gt; for receiving Disaster Distributions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Tax Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the left side of the online program screen&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on&lt;STRONG&gt; Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Delete a form&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
