If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2020 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

If you are asking how to move from Online Premier to a lower edition, DoninGA left you info above on how to select a different edition.

Or are you a California filer who selected to pay TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund instead of paying upfront, and it added on the Premium Services Bundle with an additional service fee of 44.99?

Your term "bundle package" is a bit confusing.

If you're referring to Premium Services Bundle, we can tell you how to remove it and pay your product fees upfront by credit/debit card.
