How do I attach a pdf file for e-file?

Turbo Tax created a pdf file-Form 1116 Schedule B. pdf. When I tried to e-file, TTax requested this pdf to be attached. How do I do it?

it's not possible at this time if you want to e-file.

That problem was supposed to have been resolved in a new update released overnight, and other filers of Form 1116 with the attached 1116 Schedule B have reported success in efiling today. If using desktop software (CD/download), be sure you update your software today to get the latest updates then try to efile again.
