Everytime I try to edit his info the only yes/no questions available are if he's legally blind.

This is an issue with your computer or browser. Try on a Windows computer and use Chrome browser. Clear browser data for all time before logging into TurboTax.

That might help but it probably a MAC with a very old operating system that is not picking up TurboTax correctly.
