There is no such IRS Form 2116.

Did you mean Form 1116? If so -

Form 1116 Schedule B, Foreign Tax Carryover Reconciliation Schedule will be available in TurboTax for printing and for e-filing on 03/11/2022

sorry i mistyped. it is indeed form 1116. TT is late by nearly a month getting this form from the IRS into the software
