In the File section of the program on Step 2 when taxes are owed you will be given the options for how to pay the taxes owed.

NO! I am disappointed with Turbotax this year. I have asked questions, such as this one and don't get clear answers. In prior years, if I owed tax, I could pay on the national tax due date. No response to my question this year. My taxes owed went straight to the IRS and were paid, ONE month earlier than I wanted this time!

Also, at the time of filing, I got charged a fee of $68.08. Was that from the IRS or Turbotax?
