Hello there i am using Bank of America to get my refund but i am not able to procced cuz said double check in the bank web site the electronic routing for direct deposit, and i dont know why, this is not the firts time using bank of America routing number what should i do to get this done, i am 100% sure this is the correct routing number. always received my refund o this account

https://wise.com/us/routing-number/bank-of-america#bank-of-america-routing-number is a list of BAC routing numbers. @alely Routing numbers may change. Are you entering the correct type of account and location of the account and address and type as that all does matter.

I do not work for turbotax. As you do see, routing numbers are based on bank locations so that may be the issue. It is extremely important and you would be surprised how many people enter incorrect routing and bank account info and then are furious then can't get their money and blame turbotax. Why it's so important you check.

i am using the correct info i double cheeked many times, i am not entering the wrong routing r account and its specially with bank of america, please someone that help me

You should contact your bank to verify you have the routing number for electronic ACH deposits.

You can also verify you are entering the correct account and routing number by following the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ: Which number on my check is the routing number?
