Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund? (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 or $44.99 in CA)

I am very AWARE of the fees that turbo tax charged to do my return it was an AGREEMENT to have a certain amount taken out! There was an extra charge that was taken out by the third party called Tax Products Group (TPG), a TurboTax partner, there was no agreement signed that they were suppose to be taking out anything! So lets not get this confused! I have seen other comments on here that are having the same issue that this company is taking out more money out of their return than what was agreed.

To see your fees, click on My Account then Tools then My Fees.

Note: that there's a $40 processing fee charged by the third-party bank that handles the transaction. The fees will display when you get ready to file.

You do not need the Refund Processing Service to e-file and process your refund, and refund processing won't slow down or speed up your refund

If your TurboTax Online fees are higher than you expected them to be, then you probably upgraded to a version of TurboTax with more features, or added a state or an add on or optional service.
