I've even tried logging out and logging back in, nothing seems to work. Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems that this is an error in the programming.

So sorry. This is a known issue in TurboTax and it is being investigated. I'll update you here if/when I learn anything about updates.

@saraunruh Today there is a TurboTax Article relating to this known issue. Developers are working to resolve the issue. See the article I'm linking below to sign up for email notification when this is resolved. So sorry for the inconvenience.
