      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only if inherited from a spouse.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A spouse can choose to treat the inherited IRA as their own IRA and then can do anything that would be allowed with their own IRA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Anyone else must keep the inherited IRA in the name of the deceased and treat as inherited.&lt;/P&gt;
