I have a question about my amended return.

I had my tax return for 2019 done by a professional and they forgot some of my pay. (I had both foreign and US income). They filled an amended return for me and I was suppose to get back money, but never did. I called the IRS last year and the person I talked to said the people who deal with my tax return are in a different building since I had international income.

They said they would get back with me, but I have never heard anything. Is there anything I can do this year to get my return from 2019?

You can try creating an online account on IRS site. They will mail you a paper document with your PIN number. Once you open an account you can request a transcript.
