      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same way as last year.&amp;nbsp; She files her own tax return, making sure that she answers &lt;STRONG&gt;YES&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the ''can someone else claim you on their tax return?''&amp;nbsp; question.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You list her as a dependent on your tax return and take the associated credits.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; She should get anything withheld from her pay (in Box 2) refunded to her and you will still get all of the dependent child tax credits you would normally qualify for.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
