      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Your filing status is determined by your status as of 12/31 of your tax year.&amp;nbsp; There are options since it seems from your question you were still technically married as of 12/31/21.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
