Please clarify what you are trying to do?

What document are you trying to create?
Where are you entering the information in the TurboTax program?
Do you have the Online, or Desktop / CD version of TurboTax?
Are you working on 2021?

You night be trying to save it to a protected directory.....or you might not have write permission if you logged into your computer as a guest.

Try saving the tax return to your Desktop and see if it shows up there.

Some subtle differences can also occur if you are using a MAC vs a Windows computer...so it sometimes helps a lot to indicate which computer type you are using.

I am creating a Return with TT 2021Deluxe loaded from a CD. It will not save the File with SAVE or SAVE AS.
