They do not let you "pick" your tax expert for "Live." And many of those experts are seasonal employees, so no telling if that same expert is even working this tax season.

As xmasbaby0 stated, you are not guaranteed to speak to the same person even if you were to get disconnected and called right back. However, all of the Experts are very knowledgeable and able to assist you with accurately preparing your tax return.

When you call in, it would not hurt to mention that you would like to speak to your person to see how that works for you. Sometimes you never know.
