When I click review, I get the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1233.PNG" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/27770iEC44B724E05986F7/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="1233.PNG" alt="1233.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please do not tell me to reconnect my internet&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I am not that dumb. I work in the IT industry. This has been happening for the past 1-2 weeks after the NJ-DOP bug was fixed.&amp;nbsp; I did not see these in review when I was having issues with NJ-DOP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TurboTax Online:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; 1. Sign into your online account.&lt;BR /&gt; 2. Locate the Tax Tools on the&lt;BR /&gt; left-hand side of the screen.&lt;BR /&gt; 3. A drop-down will appear. Select&lt;BR /&gt; Tools&lt;BR /&gt; 4. On the pop-up screen, click on&lt;BR /&gt; “Share my file with agent.”&lt;BR /&gt; 5. This will generate a message&lt;BR /&gt; that a diagnostic file gets&lt;BR /&gt; sanitized and transmitted to us.&lt;BR /&gt; 6. Please provide the Token&lt;BR /&gt; Number that was generated in&lt;BR /&gt; the response.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting the same error. tried support twice but worthless waste of time. i've wasted two hours with them they don't know the product. so far it comes down to i should have used a accountant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure why they have a generic internet connection/browser message for a tax review issue. they are just confusing the support people.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i'm not sure what to do next.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
