Is it an IP PIN? If it is, you enter the number as follows:

Where do I enter my IP Pin in TurboTax?

Open up your return, and go to Federal (or if you have Turbotax Home and Business, go to Personal). Select "Other Tax Situations", and under "Other Return Info" select Identity Protection PIN. You can enter your PIN number there.

I have a Wisconsin State Pin that I need to enter on my State Refund. There is a slot on my State refund where you sign the form to enter a State Pin but the slot is blued out and will not allow me to enter any information. As a result, my state refund is being rejected

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
