Why is Turbo tax not asking for my estimated quarterly tax payments?

Don't know but you can enter them.

You can type estimates paid in the search box at the top of your return and click Find and it will give you a link to Jump To it.

To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in January for the prior year, go to

Federal on left or at top (Personal for Home & Business)

Deductions and Credits at top

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Estimated Taxes - click the start button

For 2021 Federal Estimated payments should be on 1040 line 26.

To enter your estimated tax payment(s), while in your return:

Open or continue your return
Go to the Federal section, then Deductions & Credits
- You can also search for estimated tax payments and select the Jump to in the search results
Select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Select Start or Revist next to Estimated Tax Payments
Choose Start next to the type of estimated tax payment you'd like to enter
Enter the amount of estimated tax you paid at each of the quarterly due dates
- If you paid 2020 estimated taxes in 2021, you'll enter just one amount for each state of locality
