      <description>&lt;P&gt;You added a service or upgraded while working on the rejection.&amp;nbsp; Go to Tax Tools,,,Tools...Fees.&amp;nbsp; It will show what you are being charged for.&amp;nbsp; You may be able to fix it yourself or may have to call support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
