Why do I have to File tax form 8859 to complete my taxes . I do not live in Washington, DC

Delete the Form 8859

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Using the desktop editions, click on Forms. When in Forms mode open the Form 8859. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Delete Form
