Problem with Payment History on EFTPS

Hello, I am wondering why the Payment History on EFTPS does not show the correct payments. In 2019, I paid four payments for ES tax, and in 2020, the refund applied to ES for 2021. EFTPS shows only one payment made in July 2020 and no applied refund for 2021. Why? Thank you for any help.

did you use EFTPS for all payments or that for some and Direct Pay for others.

each is a separate system that doesn't reflect payments by other means

you may want to review either your tax a/c transcript or record of a/c transcript
