To import your ItsDeductible donations, please follow the instructions below:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
Search for donations and select the Jump to link.
Answer Yes to Did you make any donations to charity?
On the next screen, answer Yes to Do you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?
Your donations will automatically load as long as you're using the same account for both ItsDeductible and TurboTax. On the next screen, select which donations you want to import and select Import Now.
Select Continue and review your charities on the next screen.

My screen shows no "jump to" anywhere so that I can import Its deductible.

If the Jump To doesn't work you can navigate to it.

Federal Taxes (Personal for Home & Business)

Deductions and Credits

Then scroll way down to Charitable Donations

Donations to Charity - Click the Start or Update button

When I follow your directions there are only the charities I donated to last ye a r. Then is mo link to Its deductible.

In TurboTax Online you have to make sure your tax return is open in order for the jump to link to appear when you search for donations. Please try the following steps:

Click on Tax Home
Scroll down to Deductions and Credits
In the upper right-hand corner click the magnifying glass icon next to Search.
In the search box enter the word donations. The search result will bring up a blue link that says Jump to donations.
On the next screen, you should see Donations to Charity and the question "Did you make donations to charity in 2021?" Select yes.
On the next screen will you will see "Do you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?" Select yes and then you should be able to import from there.

This helped and the tech staying on line was even better so I didn't get stuck again.
