    <description>&lt;P&gt;While submitting my return electronically it froze in the middle of the transmission. After restarting the software it shows as if the return was not filed. Trying to refile the return electronically I get the error that a return with the same social security number has been filed. How do I fix the issue with the software in order to file the return. The reason I ask this is because the return was filed around the beginning of February and I have not received my refund and are unable to see the status of the return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have gone to the site and checked the status of my return and it shows that it has not been filed. I even went to the irs website and used their tool and it states there is no information regarding my return. This has to be a problem with the software on my computer. I bought the software and loaded it on my desktop I did not use the online version. Is there a way to fix the software in order to file the tax return and not get the error that a tax return with that social security number has filed?</description>
