I have TurboTax Mac but also need to download the Windows version

I have TurboTax Premier Tax Year 2021 for Mac but need to also download the Windows PC version.
I don't have CD drive, so can only download online.

How can I do the download?

You have to call in and ask for the Windows version. Hope you get a customer service rep who will. Some of them say you can't. But they should.

You'll need to purchase the Windows Desktop software and download it to your PC. Once you've purchased, you can download, then install the software.

Once you've selected the edition you need, click "Buy Now". From there, you'll select the Windows software.

If you bought it from TurboTax, contact them directly.

If you bought it from a third party and have a license number, it is easy.

Go to your TurboTax account with intuit and click that you want to download TurboTax with a license number. https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads/myaccounts?route=MYACCOUNTS&cgcview=downloads

Then put in the license number and choose Mac (you have the option to choose Mac or PC)
