My TPG direct deposit is more than $1,200 less than the IRS says it should be

I had my tax return adjusted by the IRS to be $2,265, but TPG only paid out $753.13. While I understand there are fees for submitting Federal and State through TurboTax as well as payment via my refund equating about $250, I am still missing well over $1,200 from what the IRS says they paid.

This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, and likely the last time I use this service.

I'm awaiting a callback, but honestly, Intuit needs to accept responsibility on this since they chose to work exclusively with this company to pay out refunds.

I am having the same issue. Called Turbotax and agent said nothing to do. I created a ticket and waiting response. But this is so frustrating probably most of the people dont check their bank accounts and they are keeping the difference???
