We bought Turbo Tax Deluxe from Sam's Club, where do we go to get the software?

Let me start by saying the website is such a mess and so difficult to navigate. wow..

Anyhow

We bought TurboTax Deluxe from Sam's Club and I need to get the software. There is no activation code, nothing. it is on our receipt and I have the piece of merchandise you take to pay for it but nothing there tells you how to get the software.

What do I need to do? This is crazy... We don't want to have to pay for a second copy. Please help

1/17/2025 Same story here. Purchased Turbotax Deluxe at Sam's Club. Have a receipt for the purchase. No activation code anywhere that I can see. Guess it is a trip back to Sam's Club to request a refund. Without an activation code, it seems hopeless.

@jnbg8820 If Sam's is like Costco after you paid you needed to go to the Pickup window to get the actual package with the License Code.
