topic question about Ptc in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I was fully insured on a health plan and when I filed my taxes I found out that my income was less than 100% of the federal poverty level. Am I still eligible for PTC? Or can I get a tax refund for the full premium I have paid? How do I need to fill in?

marketplace place health plan or a private plan? you only get PTC with marketplace insurance and if you had it you should've received form 1095-A which will be used to complete form 8962. it's on that form that any PTC refund due you will be computed

an issue will come up if you apply for marketplace insurance and your income is below 100% of the poverty line

Income below 100% FPL: If your income falls below 100% FPL, you probably won’t qualify for savings on a Marketplace health insurance plan or for income-based Medicaid.

It is a marketplace place health plan. The question is I fully insured on a health plan. But until I tax return, I found that I was falling below 100% FPL.If so, can the insurance premium I paid be refunded?

No, the premiums you paid on your Marketplace health plan can't be refunded to you if your income is 100% below the federal poverty level. You may have qualified for coverage under Medicaid, CHIP, or your state's Medicaid agency, instead.
