No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

They are screwing old customers. I have been filling with them for 7 year and i am moving to H&R block, and they are doing it for 69.99. I am asking all other friends to switch too

Depending on your selections during the tax review, you may have selected an additional add-on that increased your charge. You can always go back and remove unwanted fees before you file. Please see this TurboTax support FAQ for checking your fees here and you can also see the TurboTax support FAQ for removing your fees here.

I'm having the same issue. When I look at my fees breakdown it just says TurboTax Premier = $119

On the first page when you start your tax return, you have options to choose "I have a job, I paid rent, etc" You probably selected an option that bumped you up to the $119. When I was selecting "I pay rent" it was bumping me up from $89 to the $119.
