Have you already efiled the 5 free ones? To start a new return for someone else go up to File-New then new individual return.

Or do you mean you got more tax forms like W2 or 1099? You have to file all your income on the same tax return.

Did you use the installed program? Sometimes people accidentally end up in the Online version and not the program they installed.
