Turbotax will not let me file my State tax for Missouri

I live in Missouri but I won money in Kansas Casino in 2021. Turbotax will not let me file my State for Missouri. It will only let be file Kansas. Why?

We can't see your tax return so please clarify, are you getting any error message? Do you have taxable income for MO or is are the gambling winnings your only income?

I'm a Retried Military, 20 years, worked for the government. I'm also a disable VET 100%. I have been using Turbotax for the past 15 years. Never had problem filing for Fed/State taxes. The money that I won at the casino is not the only income. The Turbotax program let me file for the state of Kansas but will not let me file for Missouri.

When I click on the start button for my state (Missouri) the program start to update, then say your turbotax is updated. and that all I get. It showed Kansas Noresident and Missouri Resident.

My next question is: Can you file two state using Turbotax?

Tell you what. I assume that you are using the CD/download software, right? Exit out of TurboTax and then start it up again. Look up at the top left for "Online". In here, click on "Check for Updates". Does this do anything different?

Next, do you get an error message when you try to file Missouri? What happens when you try?
