Form 1116 is for claiming a Foreign Tax Credit. It was unavailable from the IRS when I checked in mid-February, but now is.

When the IRS puts the form on their website, TurboTax programmers have to put the form into TurboTax. Then the IRS has to approve how the form works in TurboTax. It should be ready tomorrow, 3/3/22.

Form 1116 is currently available for both e-file and print; however form 1116 Schedule B is unsupported for e-file and slated to be finalized for print on 3/31. Which of the 2 are you needing? @OgOggleby.
