Upgrading to TurboTax Live

I have purchased Premier and I'm about halfway or more done with my return. I've hit a snag and would like to upgrade to TurboTax Live to get some assistance. I can't figure out how to upgrade. What is the process?

When you say you purchased Premier---do you mean the CD/download? Sorry--you cannot get "Live" help from the experts with the CD/download. "Live" is only for online software users.

But post some questions in the user forum or contact customer support.

Yes, I purchased the downloadable version. I don't understand why they would only offer this upgrade to exclusionary versions of their product.
