      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1467149"&gt;@Nomad308&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I did that a few years ago.&amp;nbsp; You can call Audit Defense directly and they will consolidate your accounts.&amp;nbsp; Also, did you know it is less expensive to purchase Audit Defense directly from Audit Defense?&amp;nbsp; Obviously you must do it before you're audited.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I filed and waited until my returns were accepted.&amp;nbsp; Then I logged into my Audit Defense account to purchase directly. It's only $5 less, but it's the principal of the thing.&amp;nbsp; I guess Turbo Tax is making a commission if you buy it through their software.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I only got an automatic email from intuit/turbotax that the case was filed.&amp;nbsp; Never heard from them since.&amp;nbsp; Today I went and entered my case number to see what was the status and it says it was 'closed'.&amp;nbsp; Have not received a refund.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Terrible customer service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try the audit defense number in my original receipt and see if they will cancel or move it to the correct account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the tip on Audit Defense.&amp;nbsp; Considering Intuit never got back with me, I will take your advice and deal with audit defense directly in the future.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
