I tried to e-file and when I am entering the AGI I took from my 2020 taxes the federal rejects it, I double check it, any idea. Thanks

Try using zero.

why do you recommend in the AGI to put zero. I also have been rejected even though the prior AGI is correct. I went online to check an IRS 2020 transcript and it showed the same AGI I entered. Now this is the first time I have e-filed, could that be the problem? Thank you,
