We are unable to access your account on this public form. If your account is locked you will need to follow the account recovery steps as mentioned by @rt75624.

If you exceed the number of sign in attempts you will get locked out of your TurboTax Online account. You can try to sign in again after 15 minutes.

If you've forgotten your User ID or password try our account recovery process.

If you no longer have access to your email address or phone number and can't access your account, fill out the form on the following page to perform an account recovery request for your TurboTax account: Account Recovery Request for your TurboTax Account.

@Jowana11 What account are you trying to unlock? You added on to an old thread and we do not know what you are asking about.

If you mean your prepaid card:

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

For help with your pre-paid Visa card:

Call (888) 285-4169

There is a “Help” link in the top corner of the web site for the card:

LOST CARD

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

To sign in to your TurboTax account when it's been temporarily locked:

Select Continue on the lock screen.
Choose one of the options from the Let's make sure it's you screen (the list you see will depend on whether you have a phone number associated with your account):
- Get a code texted to: [phone number on account]
- Get a code emailed to: [email address on account]
- Recover my account a different way (takes longer)
Select Continue to reset your password.

If the above instructions are not working for you, you may need to complete an Account Recovery Request. Refer to the following Help Article for assistance: Account Recovery Request for your TurboTax Account
