Here is an example of the csv file that Anchor provides. I am not sure of what options to change in order to have it fit to turbo tax's format. It also show interest accrued on certain cryptos daily and I'm not sure how to adjust that to make it work as needed.

Well that basically makes it worthless to file through TurboTax if I cant do the automatic file upload. Even changing some header to fit the format would actually help, I just need to know which headers to adjust. I guess I'll just use an accountant instead.

You can make your own file. Manually change your columns to 5 columns in this order:

Purchase date
Date sold
Proceeds
Cost basis
Currency name

Then you can upload the document and select 1099-B as the type. To upload:

My Docs is available in all paid TurboTax Online products or by adding PLUS to Free Edition.

Sign in to your TurboTax account. If you're already signed in, select Tax Home on the left menu
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents. Select Show and select your desired tax year
Select My Docs
Select Upload and select the document you want to upload
Answer the questions and select Done or Upload another tax form
