"File by Mail Instructions for Your 2021 Federal Tax Return" is missing

I saved my file in PDF but when I tried to print copies of my return, the Fed filing instruction is missing (it's normally the first page of the return). How can I bring up this instruction page?

The File by Mail instruction for the State (CA) is there, however.

No, this is one of 3 tax returns I'm working on. The first two have Fed Mailing Instructions, this third one doesn't have it and all of them are to be filed by mail.

If you need the address to mail in the tax return you had issues with during printing, please see the information on the IRS website here.

If all 3 returns are being mailed from the same state you will all use the same mailing address.

My federal tax return was printed WITHOUT the MAILING filing instructions. I am not the first and I will not be the last with this problem. I have NEVER had this problem on all the years I have been using Turbotax desktop/download version.

Clearly, there is a BUG in the code. PLEASE file this BUG with the development team for an emergency fix for 2021 tax returns. And please ensure that this BUG is not in ANY future releases.

i also had the same issue and I was too late to realize that they just assumed i wanted to file electronically. Now I'm searching for that cover page that gives instructions and i landed here. Seems like people don't know how to understand the needs that people have questions about.

If you are using the downloaded program and you indicate in the FILE tab you will mail in the return then the correct filing/mailing instructions will be included in the PDF with all the worksheets in the print center.

OR you can simply google search it in 5 seconds like I just did : https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
