Refund State fee to file

my federal return was rejected because my AGI didnt match even though i used turbotax last year. the 2020 AGI is correct so there is nothing to do but mail it so now i can't file my state but I already paid TurboTax to file state and your automated phone service won't send me to a human.

First try using 0 for the AGI. The IRS took a long time to process 2020 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Go back through the File tab.
