Extra witholding from main job for supplemental job: included already in W-2 or need to be specified in "federal estimated tax" payment section?

I instructed my employer to withhold additional income to cover estimated taxes on my supplemental self-employment income. These extra taxes are taken out every paycheck. Do I need to include these estimated tax payments on the TurboTax "how much did you pay in federal estimated taxes?" page or are they already factored into my W-2, which I already uploaded on the main income page?

No, you do Not enter the additional taxes withheld from your wages as estimated taxes paid. The federal taxes withheld have already been reported from box 2 of your W-2 as a tax payment on your federal tax return Form 1040.

There is a difference between tax withheld which is what is reflected on your W-2 and estimated tax paid which you send to the IRS, usually quarterly. So , no you didn’t pay estimated tax.
